General Mobile Travel Fees
Standard daytime travel fees (typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) added to the $10 per-signature fee.
¨ Local Core Zone (Within 10–15 miles): $35 base travel fee.
¨ Extended Regional Zone (15–25 miles): $60 base travel fee.
¨ Additional charge of $20 for bridge tolls or high-traffic coastal transit to the beaches (e.g., Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, or along Hwy 30A/Destin).
Specialized Venue Travel Fees
¨ Hospitals & Rehabilitation Centers: $75 flat travel fee (common for facilities like Baptist Health Care, Sacred Heart, or Fort Walton Beach Medical Center).
¨ Assisted Living & Memory Care Facilities: $60 flat travel fee.
¨ Military Bases (NAS Pensacola, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field): $75 flat travel fee.
¨ County Jails / Detention Centers: $125
After-Hours & Emergency Fees
¨ Evenings & Weekends (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM / Saturdays): Base travel fee + $25
¨ Late Night / Emergency (9:00 PM – 8:00 AM / Sundays & Holidays): Base travel fee + $100
Real Estate & Loan Signing Agent Packages
Flat, comprehensive package pricing that includes printing, scanning, execution, and drop-off.
¨ Full Purchase / Refinance / Seller Packets: $160.
¨ HELOC or Loan Modifications: $95.
¨ Cash Real Estate Closings: $100.
Miscellaneous Regional Add-Ons
¨ Printing & Document Packaging: $30 flat fee for double-set loan packets, or $0.25 per page for general files over 20 pages.
¨ Providing an Independent Witness: $20 per witness if the client cannot supply their own.
¨ Travel-Only / No-Sign Fee: Upon arrival, if the signing cannot proceed due to invalid ID or lack of capacity, the client is charged 150% of the agreed travel fee.
Florida State Law caps fees for notarial acts at $10 per act ($30 for marriages). Travel and convenience fees are separate, non-notarial service fees determined by distance and time, and are agreed upon with the client before travel.
